We had arranged to view a total of four houses with your company and at each appointment, your representative
was either at the house before us or arrived at the same time. At each viewing, the staff member was able to
answer questions raised, showing they had a good knowledge of the property that was to be rented.
We were informed within 24 hours that we had been accepted as tenants and were advised when the lease papers could be signed. A staff member spent time with us explaining what was involved prior to signing the documents. All questions raised were fully answered.
